Quality assurance
On our farm in Ghana, we have implemented several levels of quality assurance. From the preparation of the land to the planting of the seedlings, during cultivation and harvesting right through to exporting, processes are monitored and documented by specialists. Our regular measures include selecting and analyzing soil samples, random testing of seedlings in the field and residue analyses of the fruit.
